How can we help you find your new home

At Robinson Property Rentals and Maintenance, we appreciate that renting a property can be perceived to be a minefield, particularly if this is the first time that you have considered renting.

You have no need to worry or have any concerns over, for instance, the security of your deposit money or the complexity of the Tenants agreement  if you rent from us because we, at we will explain everything to you in plain, simple jargon free English.    

As well as being guided by our own friendly, qualified staff, you have the reassurance that we are members of the Residential Landlord Association (RLA), the the Property Redress Scheme (PRS) and our deposits are secured under the Deposit Protection Service (DPS) and we are regulated by all their codes of conduct and compliance covering all aspects of the renting business.

When you rent a property from us you will receive a full information pack that includes the tenancy agreement, contact numbers and local information and much more.

Whether you are looking to rent for a short period or a longer time, our staff will be happy to discuss this all with you and offer many alternatives to best suit your requirements.

• Tenancy Amendments - £50.00 per time
• Late Payment Fee - £1.00 per day
